Eddie Cooper; Became National Triathlon Fire Fighter Champion in 2005, having decided to train for Ironman Lanzarote, which is considered the toughest Ironman course in the world, Eddie came to me for a plan, his training was specific to the goal and was successful, finishing in an amazing time of 12 hours

Gary Blakie; At the age of 12 Gary was diagnosed with Type 1 Insulin Dependant Diabetes, he found that exercise was a challenging experience but it improved his understanding and control and he eventually was confident enough to try a triathlon at the age of 16, by the age of 21 and alongside his first year of coach guided training he was successful in qualifying for the World Age Group Triathlon Championships in Hawaii representing Great Britain thus proving to himself and everyone around him that anything is possible and has finally won his first triathlon at Teesdale in 2006.
